RETURNS

Returns of new, unwashed, unworn items are welcome within 14 days of purchase. To make a return, email me at michelle@recyclingbabies.com. Custom orders are not returnable. Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is the Buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be posted only after the item is received, so please BE SURE to purchase tracking on your package—I am not responsible for the item until it arrives in my mailbox.

WARRANTY

All items made by Recycling Babies are under limited warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers construction flaws. The warranty does not cover problems that may arise due to misuse or excessive wear and tear. This warranty does not include "seconds" or clearance / sale items those are purchased "as is".

PAYMENT

All items must be paid for within 24 hours of purchase to avoid order cancellation. I take PayPal. You can use funded or non-funded PayPal accounts for your purchases, which means you can use your credit or debit card through PayPal if you choose. Please note that e-check purchases will not be started/shipped until funding is cleared.

SHIPPING

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. If not purchased and your item is lost, I can not be held responsible and a refund will not be issued. If you have purchased insurance and an item is lost, I will work with the Post Office (file forms, etc.) until your refund has been issued by them. I do ship all my packages with delivery confirmation with in the U.S. I happily ship to Canada, but can not be held responsible if your package is lost. USPS does not provide delivery confirmation with first class shipping. For other international shipping, please email me for a rate quote before purchasing. All international packages (except Canada) are shipped via USPS Global Priority mail.
